"Use it or Lose it!"

I've been starting off my day with some simple stretches. Just to get everything moving (well) for the day. It feels good to. I love just laying on the floor and stretching like a cat, toes point out as far as you can and arms & fingers stretched out as far as you can. All the stretching of your muscles also helps with your balance which is very important. Here are some simple exercises which are also a continuation of stretching.
